Within the Division of Infectious Diseases here at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is the ID-CRU and the ACTU established in 1987.  Under the leadership of Rachel Presti, MD, PhD, ID-CRU is known for their expertise and is well established with a highly productive pool of participants registered from both the local community and from the neighboring states of Illinois, Arkansas Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska and Tennessee.
